Hi all - I'm updating the rule book to version 1.3 with clarifications and additional notes that you all sent in. Send me your questions, and I'll make sure I cover them in the rules! Also, if you backed the game and want your name mentioned in the credits, send me a message! The game was only possible thanks to your support. To be included, just let me know what you'd like me to list and I will do so. Be something cool to show your partner, children, or pet! You could even keep it in the toilet as a conversation piece.

Hi everyone! I'm so happy you are starting to get and play Four Horsemen! Finally, after so many delays, the game is arriving on people's doorstep. Yay!
There were a couple of issues in the contents list. First, there are no tokens in the Norse expansion. I removed those as unnecessary after creating the rulebook but before shipping. They really didn't do anything. Second, there are only 32 (not 45) 32mm tokens in the base game. I double sided them to fit on one punchboard. Third, there are only 20-21 brown cubes. There are supposed to be 50 of each base cube and 20 of each expansion cube, but I've heard the actual number can vary from 20-21 and 50-52. The components aren't limiting so the extra cubes won't make a difference. Fourth, the green cubes are your priest/spiritual followers. I forgot to include the green cubes in the component list!
The incorrect solo cards were all shipped on Saturday. Some people already received them. Good job on getting your mail! For my international friends, you should see them in about a week or so? I have no idea how long things take to ship so that's just a guess.
There have been questions about these two minis:
The first one is the turn order tracker. Generally, you do not need this mini, but it can occasionally be helpful - especially when learning the game and for villains like Baalzebub. The second mini is the hour tracker. You can use either the cardboard chit or this handsome devil.
If you ordered sleeves, be prepared for a LOT of sleeves. I made a mistake on the order form so... yeah. Have fun in sleeve-town. Maybe give some to your grandma for her birthday? I think that's probably what she would like.
I've also uploaded the updated rulebooks to BGG as well. They will take a couple of days to show up though. As a bonus, at the end of the FAQ is a handful of scenarios you could play with events. If you like them, let me know and I'll create some more using the expansions.
Remember, I also created that new Horsemen Board you can use for fun and to make the game slightly easier. Hopefully you've tried it and think the board is about as groovy as gravy. My offer still stands to play or teach anyone or any group that wants me to come to their house (in SLC area) or jump on TTS. Hit me up on discord, Kickstarter, or by email if you're interested.
I've also figured out how to order more stuff. If you're loving the game and want expansions or minis, just send me a message. We'll get you hooked up. Minis have to go through me since you can't add them on your own through the webstore at this time.
Almost finally, I'll be at UKGE this year! If you will be there, come play a game! I'll be with Dina Said Studios. She's amazing.
Finally, thanks to everyone giving the game positive reviews! I love seeing so many people like the game. If you didn't rate the game high, then that's okay too. We can still be friends. Just one question - did you try the Norse though? That's what takes the game to 11.
Second finally - if you ordered the game and selected "Local Pickup", I received a shipping notification. The games should be here shortly. I'll email you when they are available, and we can arrange a meet-up.
Good luck saving the universe!

Happy New Year!

Hi everyone! Welcome to 2025!
The good news is most people in Asia and Europe have received the game by now. There are still some in transit so do not panic if you haven't received your copy yet! Hopefully you are loving the game!
For the American customers (both South and North), the ship should have cleared customs by now, but I have not received confirmation yet. I know the Chinese agent turned in all of the paperwork and the customs agents are back from the holiday break. I think it should only be a couple of weeks until you start seeing Four Horsemen show up on your doorstep.
One spot of feedback I've received is that people are worried about the potential for a loop of badness with the Horsemen track, leading to your downfall. I have seen this happen a couple of times but generally you can plan for that scenario and prevent it. Hoever, I created a special Horsemen board for people who want a more direct experience with the Horsemen. This is as balanced as the other boards so it won't impact gameplay if you use this board instead. Note that this board uses Archdemons from the Norse expansion. If you don't have the Norse expansion, just pretend its +3 demons and -1 general follower instead.
Sadly, this board was not included in the game, but it is available here and on BGG if you want to download or print it. The board makes the Horsemen very targeted in their actions compared to the original board. I am very curious to hear which of the 3 Horsemen boards you like best - this one, the original, or the one in the Chinese box that includes all of the expansions.
As always, I'm here to help! If you find the game difficult or have some questions about the rules, please contact me! I'm also happy to add you all to discord. My user name is amusthegreat if you want to add me. There are lots of variants I didn't include in the rule book that you may like better and still preserve the balance of the game. One note is that I probably should have rated Baalzebub a 2-star villain. He's more difficult than some of the others because of how many followers he likes to devour.
Anyway, I'm super happy that you've liked the game so far. Let me know who your favorite villain is!

Shipping Questions and Issues

What's this? Two updates in December? Crazy.
There are several questions that have popped up on shipping over the last few days that I wanted to answer right away. There have been a couple of blips, which is normal, that we had to sort through. I think these are all resolved and we will hopefully smoothly finish fulfillment.
SHIPPING FAQ
Q1. Something is missing from my order? What do I do?
A1. You can email support at naylorgames dot com if something is missing. You can also message me through Kickstarter or post in the comments session. We will rectify it right away. The primary missing item are the sleeves (see question 2) and dual-layered cardboard for the baby apocalypse pledge.
Q2. I didn't receive enough card sleeves in the Apocalypse Card sleeve pledge. How do I sleeve this amazing game that I love and value as if it were my own child?
A2. The missing sleeve issue impacts everyone who ordered the Apocalypse Card sleeves through Backerkit. During European and Asian fulfillment, only the expansion card sleeves shipped. The shipping company is correcting the mistake, and you should receive the missing sleeves after they return from the holiday break. If you ordered only the core card sleeves, then you received the correct sleeve pack and can breathe a sigh of relief. I do apologize for the inconvenience as the missing card sleeves impact a significant number of you.
Q3. The neoprene mat is so small! What is this? A board game for ants?
A3. The manufacturer already printed the mouse-pad size neoprene mats before packaging the game. I added them to the deluxe pledge for fun so they didn't go into the garbage. Note that if you ordered the Deluxe or Apocalypse pledge, you should also receive a full-sized neoprene mat. If you don't get a full-sized mat in addition to the mousepad, there was a mistake in distribution, and you should email naylor games or myself. I think this has only happened 1 time so far, but wanted to explain any potential confusion.
Q4. I have 2 Behemoth and 2 Cthulhu cards. Why?
A4. There were typos on the Behemoth and Cthulhu cards that were caught during the final review. Because the boxes were already packed before I reprinted the cards, the production company added the two re-printed cards into the box in a separate bag. Scrap the originals and replace them with the reprint. Looking at the card text should make it obvious which cares have the mistake.
Q5. There are 9 cards in the Norse expansion with incorrect backs. Specifically, the solo cards are not listed as solo cards. How do I fix this?
A5. There was a mistake in the final printing where the printed files did not match the final files send to the manufacturer. I have alerted the manufacturer that there was a change between the final printing and the prototype, and they are reprinting those 9 cards. We're still working out how to ship them to you, but you'll get them by mail from either myself or Gameland. This may take a little while to complete, but I will fix the issue as soon as Gameland has the new copies printed.
Q6. I have a question about the game or found a mistake. What's the best way to ask or report the issue?
A6. Post the question or error to BGG, email me through Kickstarter, or post the question in the comments section. I try to be very responsive.
Finally, Marcel (who is amazing and, if you speak German, you should definitely follow his channel) created an unboxing video:
We should have more English content after the ship clears customs. I guess its waiting for some paperwork required under the Lacey Act that will need to be completed right after people return from the holidays.
Happy Holidays! Hopefully your week is filled with board gaming and fun instead of being stuffed into Krampus' sack.
Happy Holidays!

First of all, happy holidays everyone! I hope you're having a great time and playing lots of games.
Second:
Europe and Asia are being actively fulfilled right now. I'm so happy people have been able to play the game! I hope you all enjoy the game as much as I do. My offer still stands to walk through the game on Tabletop Simulator or in-person. My biggest fear is that someone plays the game wrong and hates it because of that. Yeah - I'm probably unreasonably paranoid.
If you're in the US, then I have some bad news. The ship is in customs and won't be released until after the holiday (estimated Jan 6th). You'll get shipping notices right after we can get the game off the boat. Sucks that not everyone received the game at the same time, but I'm glad it's in the continent now... or at least off the shores of the continent.
If you find any issues, feel free to post them or send me a DM. I'm pretty sure I did it the perfect the first time though :).
Let me know what else you'd like to know. I'm happy to respond to questions and input. Thanks a ton again for this incredible experience and helping make Four Horsemen a reality!
